2019年cfa三級(jí)考綱已經(jīng)是自2018年以來連續(xù)兩次出現(xiàn)了較大的變動(dòng)，新增reading多達(dá)6個(gè)，刪除reading3個(gè)，全部reading個(gè)數(shù)從34個(gè)增加到了37個(gè)。今年又對(duì)權(quán)益這一板塊進(jìn)行了大幅度的修改。職業(yè)道德、資產(chǎn)配置、固定收益組合管理、交易、股權(quán)投資這六門科目的考綱也發(fā)生變化。

一、職業(yè)道德（Study Session 1-3）

新增的Study Session 3，共包括2個(gè)章節(jié)，分別為：

Reading 5. Overview of the Asset Management Industry and Portfolio Management

Reading 6. Professionalism in Investment Management

Study Session 1和2中，沒有實(shí)質(zhì)性變化，只有措辭的些微改變：

將“the Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct”改為“the CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct”或“the Code and Standards”

二、資產(chǎn)配置（Study Session 9-10）

Study Session 9中的Reading 18（原Reading 16）刪除一條考綱：

Reading 18. Introduction to Asset Allocation

Study Session 10刪除一整章：

原Reading 20. Market Indexes and Benchmarks整章刪除

三、固定收益組合管理（Study Session11-12）

Study Session 11無變化

Study Session 12中的Reading 24（原Reading23）新增2條考綱：

Reading 24. Yield Curve Strategies

四、權(quán)益組合權(quán)利（Study Session 13-14）

整個(gè)部分完全重新編寫，由原來的1個(gè)Session變成2個(gè)Session

修改后的Study Session 13-14，包括4個(gè)章節(jié)，分別為：

Reading 26. Introduction to Equity Portfolio Management

Reading 27. Passive Equity Investing

Reading 28. Active Equity Investing: Strategies

Reading 29. Active Equity Investing: Portfolio Construction

五、交易（Study Session 18）

Session的名稱改變，從“Trading，Monitoring and Rebalancing”修改為“Trading”

Study Session 189（原Session 16）中刪除一整章， 原Reading 32 Monitoring and Rebalancing整章刪除

六、股權(quán)投資

原有的一個(gè)reading被替換為4個(gè)reading，在保留經(jīng)典知識(shí)點(diǎn)之外，整體內(nèi)容被大幅度擴(kuò)充及細(xì)化；另外，與去年固定收益的更新思路一致，都更加強(qiáng)調(diào)active investing

七、其他章節(jié)沒有變動(dòng)，一些LOS的微小變動(dòng)對(duì)復(fù)習(xí)不會(huì)產(chǎn)生較大的影響。
