2024年CFA三級(jí)考綱變化程度怎么樣？

CFA三級(jí)：考綱變化10%左右。經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、衍生、固收、權(quán)益、交易，未發(fā)生變化。行為金融，整章刪除。資產(chǎn)配置、另類、個(gè)人IPS、機(jī)構(gòu)IPS、案例、道德，考綱要求發(fā)生變化。

1.Behavioral Finance整個(gè)科目刪除。

2.Asset Allocation、Alternative Investments、Private Wealth Management、Institutional Investors、Cases in Portfolio Management、Ethical and Professional Standards考綱要求發(fā)生改變。

Behavioral Finance整個(gè)科目刪除；

建議：參加2024年考期的三級(jí)學(xué)員無(wú)需再做學(xué)習(xí)。

Principles of Asset Allocation在2024年的變化為考綱順序的調(diào)整，但是考綱要求并未改變，所以對(duì)于備考影響不大；

建議：Asset Allocation即便按照23年課程學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)于備考無(wú)太大影響。

Hedge Fund Strategies章節(jié)中刪除一條考綱：

describe how factor models may be used to understand hedge fund risk exposures;

建議：Alternative Investments即便按照23年課程學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)于備考無(wú)太大影響。

Risk Management for Individuals章節(jié)中刪除兩條考綱：

discuss the financial stages of life for an individual;

analyze and evaluate an insurance program;

建議：Private Wealth Management即便按照23年課程學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)于備考無(wú)太大影響。

Portfolio Management for Institutional Investors章節(jié)中刪除一條考綱：

prepare the investment objectives section of an institutional investor's investment policy statement;

建議：Institutional Investors即便按照23年課程學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)于備考無(wú)太大影響。

Case Study in Portfolio Management: Institutional章節(jié)中一條考綱要求改變，一條考綱新增：

23年考綱要求：analyze actions in asset manager selection with respect to the Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct;

變化：demonstrate the application of the Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct regarding the actions of individuals involved in manager selection;

新增考綱：discuss ESG considerations in managing long-term institutional portfolios;

建議：Cases in Portfolio Management預(yù)計(jì)原版書內(nèi)容要發(fā)生一定調(diào)整，建議結(jié)合*教材學(xué)習(xí).

Overview of the Global Investment Performance Standards章節(jié)中刪除一條考綱，一條考綱順序調(diào)整：

刪除考綱：explain the fundamentals of compliance with the GIPS standards, including the definition of the firm and the firm's definition of discretion;

建議：Ethical and Professional Standards用23年課程學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)于備考無(wú)太大影響。
